Recently, I started considering what a bucket list is and why some people create them. A bucket list is a list of those places, people, and things an individual wants to do during their life time. The list should be a mixture of easy and those things that take a bit more effort to achieve. The list should be fluid, meaning do not be afraid to add to the list and enjoy the ride.

0 to 5K
I signed up with my daughter and son-in-law to run the 5K during the Columbus, Ohio 100th Anniv. I am about 5 weeks into my training for my first 5K. When I started I was unable to run for longer then 30 seconds, but I am up to 2 minutes. I am building muscle and endurance which has helped my asthma. My goal to just to finish, hopefully in less than 1 hour.
